How to request deletion of your PackWalked account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Email us
Send an email to support@packwalked.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
Please include the email address you use to sign in to PackWalked.

What will be deleted

When we delete your PackWalked account, we delete (or permanently anonymise where appropriate) the following data associated with your account:

  • Account profile (name, email, settings)
  • Dogs and owners you've added
  • Walk history (including notes and timestamps)
  • Photos uploaded to PackWalked
  • Location data and walk routes recorded for your walks

What may be retained (and why)

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period for legal and operational reasons:

  • Billing / tax records (if you have ever had a paid subscription), to comply with legal and accounting requirements
  • Fraud and security logs, retained for a limited time to protect users and the service

Timeframe

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if we need to verify the request.
