Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of PackWalked (the “Service”), including the website (packwalked.com), mobile apps and related APIs. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts

• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2) Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the Service (e.g. attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer).
• Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to.
• Don’t use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

3) Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, notes, walk data). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content to provide the Service (e.g. showing your walk history, attaching photos to dogs, generating reports, sending owner updates you request).

4) Owner updates

If you choose to send emails/updates to owners, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact them and to share any photos or information included.

5) Subscriptions & billing

PackWalked may offer paid plans and/or trial periods.

• Where purchases are made through app stores, billing and refunds are handled by the store (e.g. Google Play).
• Prices, plan features and trial lengths may change over time (we’ll keep this page updated).

6) Availability & changes

We aim to keep PackWalked available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or remove features to improve the Service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

7) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackWalked will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or £0 if you used a free plan).

9) Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so for security or legal reasons.
